This song is me putting myself in the shoes of an American who voted for a Racist, Fascist, Misogynist, Isolationist President. Americans struggling with change, modernism, progressivism, drug addiction maybe. There are many of Americans hurting as a result of Capitalism/ Neo Liberal policies and looking for any way to place the blame on others, Americans of color, immigrants, Women, the LGBT community, etc. This isnt America, this isnt the "Great Melting Pot" I grew up learning about in Public School.
